Employee Flexibility Act
Please tell your elected officials to cosponsor the "Employee Flexibility Act" and help end the unnecessary burden of Obamacare on Main Street job creators!
U.S. Reps. Jackie Walorski (R-IN), Dan Lipinski (D-IL), Mike Kelly (R-PA), and Collin Peterson (D-MN) have introduced the Employee Flexibility Act (H.R. 2782), bipartisan legislation that would provide relief to middle-income families by restoring the traditional 40-hour work week under the Affordable Care Act. Companion legislation (S.1510) was introduced in the Senate by U.S. Sens. Todd Young (R-IN), Joe Manchin (D-WV), John Barrasso (R-WY), and Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ).
